Ticket types, phases, bundles and tables
Set up early bird to final release, group bundles, tables and hidden guest-list tickets.
- Ticket types have a price, a quantity, a sale window and a limit per order.
- Phases: give types the same phase group and an order, for example Early Bird then Regular. The next phase opens when the one before sells out.
- Bundles and tables: one unit can issue several tickets, such as a table of 10. Each person still gets their own QR code.
- Hidden types do not show on the event page. Use them for guest lists and complimentary tickets.
- Perks are the bullet points shown under a ticket, such as "Includes a welcome drink".
Booking fees: you choose per ticket type whether the buyer pays the booking fee on top, or you absorb it from the ticket price. The fee is shown when you set the ticket up.
