Access zones: VIP lounge, backstage and more
Let only some ticket types into restricted areas and see who went in.
Everyone is admitted at the main gate as normal. A zone is an extra door for a restricted area. In the Door tab, add a zone, then tick which ticket types may enter it.
- Create a door staff login for the zone and choose the zone when you add them.
- A zone door checks the ticket type, logs every entry, and does not use the ticket up, so people can leave and come back.
- Tickets that include a zone say so on the event page.
- Zone entries work offline too, and are synced like main gate scans.
