How and when do I get paid?

Ticket money is collected by us through PayFast. We pay it out to your bank account after your event, less the booking fee on tickets where you absorb it.

• Add your bank details under Payouts. The account number is stored encrypted and only the last four digits are ever shown back.
• We pay only to verified accounts. Email a recent bank confirmation letter to support@discoveryevents.co.za so we can verify yours.
• A share of your earnings can be held back for a short time after the event to cover refunds. Your payout terms show the percentage and the date it is released.
• Your statement shows sales, fees, refunds, what was held back and every payout with its bank reference.
