Where are my tickets?
They are emailed straight after payment and always available on your order page.
As soon as your payment is confirmed we email your tickets, each with its own QR code. The email can take a minute or two.
- Open the link in the email to see your order and tickets at any time.
- If you are logged in, go to My Tickets.
- On the order page, choose Resend to email the tickets again.
Nothing arrived? Look in spam or junk first. If the email address was wrong, open your order page from the confirmation screen and use it from there, or contact us with your order number.
