Can I get a refund?

Each organiser chooses a policy and it is shown on the event page. It is either no refunds, or refunds up to a set number of days before the event.

• If refunds are allowed, open your order and choose Request a refund. The organiser reviews it.
• When a refund is approved, the booking fee is not refunded. The ticket price is.
• Refunded tickets stop working straight away.
• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. It can take a few working days to arrive.

If the organiser cancels the event, you are refunded in full, including the booking fee. See "What if an event is cancelled?".
