What if an event is cancelled?
You are refunded in full, booking fee included, and we email you.
If an organiser cancels an event, every ticket is cancelled and refunded in full, including the booking fee. We email everyone who bought, with the organiser's reason.
You do not need to do anything. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with and can take a few working days. If you have not heard from us after a week, email us with your order number.
